Tina — Orthodontic Assistant
Tina’s duties include providing outstanding clinical patient care at our practice. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the families in our office. She also enjoys seeing patients as they get their braces, and how happy they are with their new smiles. Tina appreciates working with Dr. Sohn because she is an encouraging person and has created such a comfortable and positive atmosphere.
When she’s not at work, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband, Gary, daughter, Savanna, and son, Alton. She spends her time at softball and baseball games that her children participate in. In addition, Tina loves the outdoors and her hobbies include fishing and going to the park.
Amy — Patient Coordinator/Orthodontic assistant
As patient coordinator, Amy will be responsible for the scheduling of patient appointments, verifying insurance benefits and clarifying any questions about patient financial accounts. She also helps doing clinical patient care.
Amy has been in orthodontics for over 10 years. She is originally from Cincinnati, OH. She moved to Pittsburgh after both her and her husband Keith completed their service in the US Army. They have two sons, Dominic is currently in the US Army Reserves and attends Penn State University, Nicholas is a senior at Seton-LaSalle High School.
Cindy — Treatment Coordinator
Cindy has worked in orthodontics for over 26 years. She has worked with and know Dr. Sohn for about 12 years during which time both her boys were treated by her. Cindy’s duties as the treatment coordinator include assisting Dr. Sohn with new patient exams and consultations. She also helps the patients and parent understand what their individual orthodontic issues are and how orthodontics can improve their smiles.
Cindy is a life long West Virginia native where she resides with her husband, Mike. Her older son Dakota is a student at West Liberty University and her younger son is a baseball player and exceptional student at Capital University where he hopes to become an anesthesiologist.
